Please fill out the following information below to order. Once your payment is received, please allow two to three weeks for delivery. Please print a copy of your order for your records and also send us a copy along with your payment. Money orders or cashier's checks only. No personal checks accepted. FORMAT: DVD/NTSC AND DVD/PAL

DVD/NTSC will play in the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, Japan and some other countries. Since I ship internationally, you need to tell me which format to send you.

I will not refund any DVDs if you choose the wrong format..
